Better Care From the Beginning
Families facing schizophrenia can struggle to find the right care, understand what comes next, and maintain continuity as needs change. The Foundation aims to support efforts that improve initial care and create stronger standards for continuity, helping individuals and families navigate the illness with greater support and consistency.
CONNECT
Connecting the Threads Between Brain Disorders
Schizophrenia does not exist in isolation. Understanding its relationship to other illnesses of the brain may reveal new ways to understand the illness itself. The Foundation supports efforts to identify these connections and bring together the knowledge needed to uncover new possibilities for research and discovery.
CURE
Moving Beyond Managing Symptoms
The ultimate goal is not simply to manage schizophrenia. It is to find a cure. The Foundation supports technology-driven research, innovation, and promising ideas that can help uncover the causes of schizophrenia and advance new possibilities for diagnosis, intervention, treatment, and ultimately a cure.
