Each member of the team contributes in a different way, but the purpose is shared: to move the Foundation forward in its effort to improve care, advance understanding, support research, and ultimately find a cure.

FOUNDER & CEO
Michael LeVert
Michael LeVert founded the Lauren Marie LeVert Foundation to Cure Schizophrenia with a deeply personal commitment to its mission.
He brings more than 35 years of experience successfully managing and growing businesses. His CPA/MBA background provides the financial and organizational oversight needed to build the Foundation and move its work forward.
But for Michael, this mission is about more than building an organization. As the Foundation’s founder, he is personally invested in seeing its work succeed and in creating better possibilities for individuals and families affected by schizophrenia.
MANAGER OF OPERATIONS
Catherine Ohlwein
Catherine Ohlwein has been part of the Foundation’s journey from day one, helping turn its mission into an organization capable of moving that work forward.
She brings passionate energy and drive to the Foundation, along with a career built around working directly with clients and building meaningful relationships.
For Catherine, connecting with people is one of her greatest strengths. That ability plays an important role in supporting the Foundation and the people it hopes to reach.

Elizabeth LeVert
Elizabeth LeVert brings her own experience and strengths to a mission that is also deeply personal to her as part of the LeVert family.
With a longstanding background in administration and operations, Elizabeth helps bring structure to the details behind the Foundation’s work. She enjoys compiling and organizing details and data into useful information that can support productivity and help the organization achieve its goals.
Her work helps strengthen the foundation behind the mission, allowing the organization to keep moving toward its larger purpose.
