Pilot Program

We are always considering the unique needs and challenges of those living with Schizophrenia as we develop our programs.  For our Pilot Program we are working closely with our partner hospital to understand where the largest gaps in CARE exist and brainstorming the most effective ways to fill those gaps.  This can mean more testing for patients to develop treatment plans that address their individual needs.  It can mean the implementation of a team that creates an individualized follow up care management plan.  We are creating a program that can be replicated in order to meet the needs of this population on a global scale.
